CHEP Good Food is proud to participate in many local events, as well as host our own offerings for the public through community outreach. We provide:
- Pop-up markets and fresh fruit stalls for access to low-cost, fresh food at events
- Children’s games and activities that focus on food literacy and encourage children to make healthy food choices
- Community presentations in partnership with a diverse range of local businesses and organizations
Our registered dietitian is available for educational presentations on healthy eating and nutrition. We are also keen to participate in health and volunteer fairs to build awareness for food insecurity in our city.
Wherever possible, we are willing to accommodate special subject requests and/or connect you with other CHEP Good Food programs that will best suit your needs.
Please note: We require a minimum TWO WEEKS’ NOTICE to fulfill presentation requests.
